Thank you for including me in the LifeSpheres program. I am a better, more resilient person now because I have a new relationship with my past traumas. I am better able to reflect on the wholeness of past traumatic events because I have been through the many permutations of that story ... Finishing the program is one of my biggest accomplishments. I can point to in recent years. I am so looking forward to taking up next new endeavors, whatever that may be.
